How do I get started?
Sign up, upload your resume during onboarding, set your job preferences, and hit Sync Jobs. ApplyOS will find and score jobs matched to your profile within minutes.
My jobs aren't loading or the sync seems stuck.
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, use the chat below or email support@applyoshq.com and we'll look into your account directly.
How does resume tailoring work?
ApplyOS rewrites your resume for the specific job — same experience, adjusted emphasis. It does not invent or add anything. Everything in the tailored version comes from your original resume.
Can I edit the tailored resume or cover letter?
Yes. After generating, you can copy the text and edit it however you like before downloading. The PDF download captures whatever is shown.
I was charged but my account shows the free plan.
This is usually a sync delay between Stripe and your account. Email support@applyoshq.com with your email address and we'll fix it immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click 'Manage subscription.' That opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
How do I change or upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings and click 'Manage subscription' if you're on a paid plan, or 'Upgrade plan' if you're on the free tier. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference.
I want a refund.
Email support@applyoshq.com within 7 days of your charge and we'll process it. No questions asked.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Delete my account.' This permanently removes all your data including jobs, resume, and usage history.
Is my resume stored securely?
Yes. Your resume is stored in an encrypted Supabase database. It is never shared with third parties or used to train any model.
What job boards does ApplyOS search?
ApplyOS aggregates postings from public job APIs (Adzuna, USAJobs, The Muse, Remotive, Jooble, Jobicy, We Work Remotely, Arbeitnow, ZipRecruiter) and directly from company ATS boards (Greenhouse and Lever). We do not scrape LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor. For any job you find elsewhere, use the 'Paste JD' option to bring it into ApplyOS for scoring and tailoring.
My resume didn't parse correctly.
Go to Settings and edit your resume profile directly in the text box. You can also re-run onboarding from Settings to rebuild your profile from scratch.
